Clubs, (If you subscribe to multiple JCNA forums, you will get this several times)
The Boston AGM is fast approaching. You can register for all the events at jcna.com, AGM. On the right side bar are all the links to the host clubÔÇÖs information.
Clubs need to submit their rosters and dues to Deanie Kennedy, dkennedy
jcna.com, the JCNA treasurer, by February 1st.
AGM reports and agenda items can be found at jcna.com, AGM. There you will also see a link to the list of JCNA members who have submitted their information for verification regarding their JCNA trophies. If your name is not on that list, it has not been received. And Yes, there have been several items that were incorrect and that is why you must go out and verify your information.
Clubs must also send in their Delegate/Proxy Form by February 1st indicating whether they plan to send a club delegate or assign their proxy to either someone else in their region or their regional director.
