Initial New Member Welcome/Club Introduction Resources

1. Provide periodic "new member reception / orientation" to make new folks feel welcome and learn about Concours, slaloms, etc.
2. The club President and/or Membership Chair should personally welcome each new member by letter or email.

3. Mail each new member the latest copy of the Club newsletter, highlighting the list of officers with contact information, and event calendar. Consider giving a small token (name badge, key fob with club emblem, window sticker, etc.) as part of the welcome package.

4. President or Membership Chairman should personally introduce all new members at every club event.
